After taking out the droid base and defeating the Tinker that was there, we were shrunk and sucked into another place where toys were alive and we were in a suburban home. There was a war between the toys, and we aided the side that didn't shoot at us first, eventually making our way out. Once out of there we found ourselves at some research facility on an island, which then brought us to our next location after a some RnR. We were put in an arid apocalyptic wasteland for a considerable amount of time, before going through a portal to a medieval fantasy world where a forcefield disabled all our technology and made us all have powers and items that fit the setting. After fighting our way out, we found ourselves in a realm controlled by tinkertech intelligences called Auditors. After a considerable amount of time we defeated them, and now find ourselves in a wasteland or something. '

Threat wise, he is highly dangerous to any singular foe, but a group of armed soldiers might be able to take him down. Suggested to include at least one or two parahumans alongside a squad and a truck, the parahumans to engage and fight/counter, and a squad + truck to suppress him and make sure there isn't much collateral. His power seems to be an Alexandria package, although the extend of which is unknown, but he seems to be middling in that regard. The added on blaster package may be a bit dangerous, takes a form of a laser from his eyes.'

Threat wise, he is highly dangerous to a single mundane foe however a powered individual may be able to take them on themselves. Suggested to take at least 2 parahumans alongside a squad with heavy weapons to take out. They are never alone however, so double that number and add more in comparable to any allies he brings. Parahumans capable of taking hits should be at the fore, while other parahumans and squads stay back and focus their fire on them while the Brutes draw attention. Focus on disabling weapons, then limbs, then finally the body. Suppress and weaken with heavy weapons, then swiftly disable with an all out attack. Capable of using cover, may be able to use that against them. Lock in place when possible, and suppress to weaken. While cornering and making sure they stay in the fight is important, Zephyr seems to relish combat. Draw into a trap and spring. He is both capable and deadly in long ranged combat, wielding tinkertech weapons meant for both and their body is strong in several ways as well. Usually with Sturm, and is the attacker/flanker while Sturm aggroes.'

I'm not too sure on his motivations, but he sticks with Zephyr a lot. Threat wise, he can take on most individuals by themselves, powered or not. Suggested to take at least 2 parahumans alongside a squad with heavy weapons to take out. They are never alone however, so double that number and add more in comparable to any allies he brings. Parahumans and squads are advised to bombard from afar, as his close ranged sonic scream (shaker?) is able to stun anyone that is close to him. Does not take cover as often as Zephyr, so use that against them. Lock in place when possible, and suppress to weaken. He is very much a close ranged fighter, 50 meters or so max range with his SMG. He wields a body shield and is heavily armored. He is most deadly at close and medium ranged combat, with tinkertech weapons and abilities meant for both. Usually with Zephyr, and is the one who will draw any fire for both of them while Zephyr attacks.'

He's a bit arrogant at times and is very cocky, but this is standard rookie behaviour when it comes to powers (or power in general). Threatwise, as he is right now he can be taken out by a standard squad or two without powered help. Once he learns his powers, a parahuman will be needed to handle him. After he becomes more experienced and learned, perhaps a parahuman and a squad. Suggested one squad with weapons meant to lock him down, although his mover ability will be hard to get a lock on him. Use of lots of water to douse his flames is important, although enough attacks will make him burn through his durability. Keep him away from fire. Cocky and unlearned, use of tactics against him still advised as he is still capable to harm (especially to his surroundings). His powers seem to be centered around fire and ash, being able to draw fire into himself which he can then use for a variety of abilities such as Fireball, Ash Dash, and his Brute durability.

Focus on disabling weapons, then limbs, then finally the body. Suppress and weaken with heavy weapons, then swiftly disable with an all out attack. Capable of using cover, may be able to use that against them. Lock in place when possible, and suppress to weaken. While cornering and making sure they stay in the fight is important, Zephyr seems to relish combat. Draw into a trap and spring. He is both capable and deadly in long ranged combat, wielding tinkertech weapons meant for both and their body is strong in several ways as well. Usually with Sturm, and is the attacker/flanker while Sturm aggroes.'

I'm not too sure on his motivations, but he sticks with Zephyr a lot. Threat wise, he can take on most individuals by themselves, powered or not. Suggested to take at least 2 parahumans alongside a squad with heavy weapons to take out. They are never alone however, so double that number and add more in comparable to any allies he brings. Parahumans and squads are advised to bombard from afar, as his close ranged sonic scream (shaker?) is able to stun anyone that is close to him. Does not take cover as often as Zephyr, so use that against them. Lock in place when possible, and suppress to weaken. He is very much a close ranged fighter, 50 meters or so max range with his SMG. He wields a body shield and is heavily armored. He is most deadly at close and medium ranged combat, with tinkertech weapons and abilities meant for both. Usually with Zephyr, and is the one who will draw any fire for both of them while Zephyr attacks.'

Threatwise, as he is right now he can be taken out by a standard squad or two without powered help. Once he learns his powers, a parahuman will be needed to handle him. After he becomes more experienced and learned, perhaps a parahuman and a squad. Suggested one squad with weapons meant to lock him down, although his mover ability will be hard to get a lock on him. Use of lots of water to douse his flames is important, although enough attacks will make him burn through his durability. Keep him away from fire. Cocky and unlearned, use of tactics against him still advised as he is still capable to harm (especially to his surroundings). His powers seem to be centered around fire and ash, being able to draw fire into himself which he can then use for a variety of abilities such as Fireball, Ash Dash, and his Brute durability.
